Application form
When you apply for an external lecture, we collect your name, surname, university, country, university e-mail address and matriculation number. We use them only to decide on your application, inform you of the outcome, send you practical information, compile the participant list and record attendance for academic credit. They are seen by the group’s faculty and the staff organising the lecture, stored on servers in Switzerland, and kept only as long as organising the lecture and recording academic credit requires. We do not pass them to anyone else and do not use them for anything else.
Reading the site
Our hosting provider keeps server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to operate and secure the site, for a short period only. The site sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties; the typefaces are served from the site itself.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to the address above.
